Atrivant 80 is a bottom-running fitting for parallel-sliding balcony and patio doors made of tempered glass, that lets you enjoy the patio season earlier in the year and for longer. When the sashes are closed, Atrivant 80 keeps out as much of the wind, rain and leaves as possible. An ingenious drainage profi e ensures that water runs off well even in heavy downpours, and the interior remains largely dry. Atrivant 80 is also resistant to high wind loads up to class 4 according to EN 12211/12210.
The enormous opening width provides an authentic outdoor seating experience in fi ne weather. Up to five sliding sashes can be stacked parallel to each other, and with no fixed elements, the sashes can be moved to any position.
Atrivant 80 allows sliding sashes to be opened all at once with a flick of the wrist. As the sashes are opened and closed, the catch on each sash causes the next sash to start sliding in turn. Integrated cushioning keeps the sash movement gentle and quiet at all times. Alternatively, to open the sashes independently simply uncouple them with your foot without having to bend down. This allows openings to be created in any part of the installation and makes it easy to clean areas where the sashes overlap. As soon as the sashes are pushed back into place, the catches engage again automatically.
An innovative cushioning system slows the door sashes gently and quietly over a distance of several centimetres before they reach the end positions. This prevents the doors from banging, eliminating the associated noise and vibration. Once the innovative cushioning system has slowed down the doors, a retraction system installed on the closing and on the opening sides of the sashes pulls them into their end positions without rebounding. When open, the same mechanism ensures that all sashes are stacked neatly side by side in their end positions. And when the
sashes are pushed into the closing position, the retraction feature ensures the system is closed tight.
Atrivant 80 can be used to create full-height or balustrade-mounted linear, L or U-shaped sliding door systems. Also supporting interior applications such as partition walls or walk-in closets, Atrivant 80 is suitable for barrierfree
environments.
Cleverly designed roller profile adapters that accommodate both the sash catch mechanism and the roller assemblies mean that the manufacturer does not need to make project-specific adjustments, thus allowing standardised components to be kept in stock, minimising lead times.

We are pleased to introduce a new chrome-plated version of the corner bracket for corner and U-shaped showers. The new item is colour-matched to the existing profiles and substitutes the previous bracket.

Aquant 40 can now also be used as a sliding splash panel on bathtubs or for showers (maximum glass height: 2200 mm). A neat wall bracket eliminates the need for unsightly profile suspension fittings and stabilising rods, while guaranteeing compliance with EN 14428 (pendulum impact test). The maximum permissible track profile length is 1500 mm.

If you want to avoid having to install an aluminium profile all around the top of corner or U-shaped showers, Aquant 40 can now also be used on one-sided or two-sided glass wall mounted installations. In this case, the aluminium profile is attached to the lateral glass panels using sophisticated brackets that fit into an appropriate notch made in the panel.

From now on an electronic lock is also available as optional accessory for Portavant 80 automatic. Thanks to the space-saving integration in the end-stop, glass cut-outs are unnecessary, there is no need for an additional lateral profile overlap for the lock, and power is simply supplied to the lock via the Portavant 80 automatic door drive.

A contact-free wall sensor is now also available as optional accessory for Portavant 80 automatic, the automatic Vitris sliding door fitting with low kinetic energy mode. Unlike conventional switches, this infrared-controlled switch enables contact-free door operation. It is thus ideal for use in all rooms with special hygiene requirements, for example, in the health sector or gastronomy.
Two different scanning ranges enable optimum adjustment to every environment.

The new Portavant 150 multiline by Willach is the ideal solution for all ceiling-mounted applications requiring a large passageway whilst minimising the space used by the sliding sashes when open. While with a single-track sliding door the passageway cannot be wider than either the sidelight or the wall space accommodating the sliding sash when it is open, thanks to its telescopic function, Portavant 150 multiline enables much wider passageways: up to five sliding sashes can be stacked parallel to each other. Floating floor guides keep the entire passageway free of trip hazards. At this year's Glasstec, Willach again presented numerous, intelligent new products in the field of glass sliding door fittings. The new VITRIS glass sliding door fittings for interior doors, Portavant 150 and Portavant 150 multiline, are just some of these new products. Portavant 150 is the perfect solution for all ceiling-mounted single-track installations and sash weights of 50kg to 150kg. Installation is also possible in a ceiling pocket, in front of a lintel or in suspended ceilings. In Portavant 150, before the end position is reached, an innovative cushioning system slows down the sash gently and quietly over a distance of several centimetres, so preventing the door from banging hard. A retraction system then safely pulls the door to its end position, preventing it from bouncing back. Furthermore, in conjunction with the low kinetic energy door Portavant 80 automatic, Willach is also presenting a new electronic lock together with an intelligent access authorisation system at Glasstec 2016. This electronic lock can also be used for Portavant 120.
A new product will also be presented in the field of glass sliding door fittings for showcases and furniture: the e-Secura lock, an electronic locking solution. The electronic e-Secura lock combines the proven features of the well-known Secura security cylinder lock, such as secure access protection via L-bolt locking, with the convenience, flexibility and programmability of an electronic lock. The e-Secura lock also impresses with its ease of opening via transponders, automatic locking after closure of the sashes, visual and acoustic signals indicating the locking status, access traceability via software, and flexible allocation of access rights. The attractive, delicate lock housing is attached unobtrusively inside the showcase to the reverse of the roller profile. As both the lock housing and the counter adapter move with the sashes as they are opened, the bottom of the furniture or showcase remains fully accessible when the sashes are open. There are no unwanted components attached to the bottom. As a result, the e-Secura lock is also ideal for showcases with glass or mirrored bottoms.
For the first time, Willach also presented a fitting for shower sliding doors at Glasstec. The innovative Aquant 40 shower sliding door solution with cushioning and retraction system was already launched on the market at the beginning of the year.

We should like express our thanks for the numerous visits to and interesting conversations at our stand at Glasstec 2014. Alongside well-thought out installation solutions for our glass sliding door fittings for showcases and furniture, we placed a particular emphasis on innovations relating to the Portavant range. Interest focused on our new Portavant 60 twinline product. Visitors to the stand admired the successful utilisation of building space with the twin track fitting: despite telescopic technology, synchronised movement and a cushioning and self-closing system on both sides of each sash, it only requires a profile height of 70 mm. However, the Portavant 80 automatic, our automatic door with low kinetic energy mode that has been awarded the "red dot design award", also generated keen interest once again.

Thanks to the development of the new Portavant 60 twinline fitting by Willach, a lack of space next to the passage is no reason to do without elegant, comfortable-to-use glass sliding doors. Portavant 60 twinline ensures that the sliding sashes require very little room when they are open. While with normal sliding doors the passageway cannot be wider than the wall space at the side which needs to accommodate the sash when it is open, with Portavant 60 twinline two parallel sashes in twin top tracks mean that the width of the opening can be twice the wall space. That is why Portavant 60 twinline is a great solution for separating small spaces such as kitchens, corridors, bathrooms, etc. But Portavant 60 twinline can also be used as a partition wall: in this case four sashes – arranged if required between two sidelights – allow for a clearance width of two thirds of the room width when the sliding doors are open. Portavant 60 twinline moves two sashes with the same gentle action as one. It is a true miracle in the compact use of space: despite telescopic technology, synchronised movement and a cushioning and self-closing system on both sides of each sash, it only requires a profile height of 70mm. Portavant 60 twinline will be shown for the first time at Glasstec (21 to 24 October in Düsseldorf, Hall 9, Stand F38) and can be supplied from this time onwards.ausgestellt und ist ab der Messe lieferbar.
